Welcome to FiftyForward Knowles!

FiftyForward Knowles was the first FiftyForward center established in 1956. From that single entity, the agency now operates seven centers in Middle Tennessee.

In 2002-03 through a special property arrangement with Metro Nashville and the Tennessee State Fair board, FiftyForward constructed and moved into our beautiful new building on the Fairgrounds: the Patricia Hart Building. With administrative and program headquarters occupying the second floor, FiftyForward Knowles uses the ground floor space for classes, activities, and events and is a proud member of the popular Wedgewood Houston community.

FIFTYFORWARD FRIENDS ADULT DAY SERVICES
If you like what you see here about our center activities for active, independent older adults but think your loved one would need more support to thrive, please check out our FiftyForward Friends Adult Day Services programs.

Events & Classes

The center bustles with a variety of programs and classes. Among the most popular are yoga, Tai Chi, day trips, SilverSneakers® Fitness Program, knitting, crocheting, and Choraleers (choral singing).
