Slide 1
All FiftyForward centers have resumed in-person activities (following CDC protocols).

After closing our centers to in-person activities last March, we are happy to announce in-person programming has resumed at all Fifty Forward centers. RSVPs are required for class participation at every center. Contact your preferred location here.

FiftyForward is eager to find ways for our members to connect. As we continue to listen to officials regarding best practices we are also committed to offering older adults safe connections and socialization which are critical to good mental and physical health.

Check out our fun and engaging virtual/online and outdoor programming, too! There’s something for everyone.

Our team is committed to providing essential services and resources (especially food) to older adults in our community. If you know of an older adult in need of assistance, please call our resource line at 615-743-3416. We are here to help.

Nestled on 5.6 wooded acres, the center’s timber-framed entranceway impresses all who walk through our doors. Since opening in December 2002, FiftyForward Martin Center has seen significant, constant growth in membership and in community attention and use.

Members flock here for a spectrum of classes and programs. Popular exercise classes are Pilates, flex exercise, low-impact aerobics, Tai Chi, and yoga. Special interest groups respond to members’ programming requests: Wine Sippers, book club, art classes and the standard social attraction of card and board games.

In addition, calendar highlights are printed in the FiftyForward quarterly publication, Forward Focus, also available at the center.
