As conversations and planning continue concerning reopening businesses, we are listening to our city officials regarding best practices. Our centers remain closed to programs for now, but we are continuing to offer virtual programming continuing to keep our members active and engaged.
We miss our center and program participants very much, but the health and safety of everyone, especially adults over the age of 65, is our top priority.
Although our centers are closed, we continue to provide essential services and resources (especially food) to older adults in our community.
If you know of an older adult in need of assistance, please call our resource line at 615-743-3416. We are here to help.
In addition to a very busy class schedule including low impact aerobics, yoga, and Tai Chi, we offer an extensive list of health and fitness classes including Zumba and strength training as well as two fitness rooms with cardio and resistance machines.
