All FiftyForward centers have resumed in-person activities (following CDC protocols).

As we continue to listen to officials regarding best practices we are also committed to offering older adults safe connections and socialization which are critical to good mental and physical health. All FiftyForward centers are open for in-person programming. Check out our fun and engaging virtual/online and outdoor programming, too! There’s something for everyone. Contact your preferred location here.

In addition to a very busy class schedule including low impact aerobics, yoga, and Tai Chi, we offer an extensive list of health and fitness classes including Zumba and strength training as well as a fitness room with cardio and resistance machines. Call the center for more information, to arrange for a tour or request a copy of the newsletter.
