Welcome to FiftyForward Madison Station!

FiftyForward Madison Station is located in the heart of Madison, Tennessee approximately 11 miles from downtown Nashville. In response to an initial grant from The Memorial Foundation, Madison Station was designed and opened due to a documented community need for a senior center. FiftyForward Madison Station opened in 1996 and serves adults 50+ who primarily reside in Madison, East Nashville, Inglewood, Old Hickory and segments of Goodlettsville and Hendersonville.

Named “station” because of its proximity to the historic railroad station behind it, FiftyForward Madison Station is a bustling center with more than 150 members attending daily.

Events & Fitness

Some of the most popular daily activities at the center include: working out in the well-equipped exercise room or taking one of the exercise classes including SilverSneakers Classic, Yoga Stretch, Circuit, Stress Reduction & Breathing, Chair Arthritis Class, The SAIL Program, Gentle Yoga, Line Dancing and more.

The center also hosts monthly Bingo games and Educational Guest Speakers, Computer Literacy Classes, frequent Lunch & Learn opportunities, and its signature monthly Tasty Tuesday event, which happens on the third Tuesday each month and features lunch and entertainment.

Special interest groups at the center include weekly quilting, knitting, crochet and hand chime groups, paper bead jewelry, a dedicated group of billiards players, and a weekly open music jam group.
